• What methods are available for depositing funds into my account?

  The methods available for funding your account are by cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin and many more). We do not accept Fiat on our trading platform as we are fully a cryptocurrency organisation.

• What documents do I need to provide when opening an account?

  You will need to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID. (Passport, driver’s license, ID card)

• Does uploading my document automatically get my account verified?

  Immediately you upload your document, we would process it for verification and a success or denied notification would be sent to you by mail

• What are the available methods of withdrawal?

  To withdraw from your balance, you will have to provide a wallet address (Bitcoin, Bitcoin cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash). 

• What is the minimum amount for deposit when opening an account?

  The minimum deposit amount will depend on the base currency of your account of $500 or its equivalent in EUR, GBR and AUD

• What can I trade with Coimbas Finance Investment?

  Coimbas Finance Investment   is dedicated to providing a variety of Cryptocurrencies for trade based on the prevailing price and fluctuations.

• Can I also trade tokens on Coimbas Finance Investment?

  We are currently working on that and can assure you we would be trading tokens very soon on Coimbas Finance Investment.

• Does third party trade access my account completely?

  The API used for third party trades allows access into your trade area only. The third party is completely and securely restricted from account operations such as deposit and withdrawal of funds.

• 1. Can I register multiple accounts?

  Customers can register multiple accounts with their ID document, however please note, each phone number can only be registered to one account.

• 2. What types of identification documents are required to register for an account?

  Documents required for opening an account:
  Country/government issued Identification Card(front & back)/Driver’s License/Passport and address proof, the following are accepted forms of proof of address documents:
  1.Bank Statement
  2. Utility Bill – Electricity, Internet, cable tv subscription
  3. Credit card statement
  4. Bank statement
  5. Landline Phone bill (Mobile phone bills not acceptable)
  6. Council, government issued tax bill
  Please note that proof of address must be dated within 3 months.

• 3. What requirements does Coimbas Finance Investment have for applicants?

  To register for an account you must be over 18 years of age.

• 4. How to register with Coimbas Finance Investment

  1. Register using your email via Coimbas Finance Investment’s official website.
  2. Scan our Coimbas Finance Investment QR code from various sources to be directed to our official website registration page.

• 5. How would I know whether my account has been activated

  A notification will be sent to your registered email once your account has been activated.

• 6. What are the differences between a demo account and real account?

  Demo account are virtual trading accounts which means funds in the accounts are not withdrawable, however market price quotations and charts in demo accounts are synchronised with real account environments.A real account would require the deposit of real funds and therefore any profits gained are withdrawable.
  T&Cs apply for Real Account who applied for promos when withdrawing some profits in the account.

  Go onto Coimbas Finance Investment’s official website, select login and click the "Forget Password" button and follow instructions to retrieve your password
